Dion Baumann, Founder and Director of DB Fine, brings decades of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical product development and commercial management. His career includes senior roles at leading organisations such as Lennon (now Aspen-Pharmacare) and El Rogoff (now Chempro), where he developed a deep technical understanding of pharmaceutical raw materials, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics. This foundation continues to shape DB Fine Chemicals’ focus on quality, integrity, and long-term partnerships across regulated industries.
